These terms explain how ordering and support work at BIGA Artisanal Pizzeria.
BIGA Artisanal Pizzeria operates from Gotri Sevasi Road, Vadodara, Gujarat, India. By browsing bigapizzeria.in, placing an order, or using a BIGA account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Orders are subject to menu availability, our acceptance, and kitchen capacity. A confirmation or order reference means we have received your request; timing can change if an item is unavailable, an address needs clarification, or the kitchen is unusually busy.
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable charges only where stated. Delivery fees, discounts, loyalty rewards, and payment choices are shown before you place an order. We may correct an obvious pricing or availability error before fulfilling an order and will contact you where practical.
Delivery and pickup estimates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Please provide an accurate phone number and delivery address, be available to receive the order, and tell us about relevant food allergies or instructions. Kitchen notes are requests and cannot be guaranteed where food-safety or operational constraints apply.
Online payments are processed by our payment provider, Razorpay. BIGA does not store your card or UPI credentials. Cash-on-delivery and pay-at-pickup orders are due when the order is received, unless a different payment status is clearly shown.
If there is a problem with an order, contact info@bigapizzeria.in as soon as possible and, where possible, within 24 hours. We assess cancellation, replacement, refund, and credit requests fairly based on the order stage, food-safety requirements, and the information available.
Do not misuse the website, attempt to access another person's account or order, interfere with ordering, submit false information, or probe our systems without written permission. We may limit or refuse service where needed to protect customers, staff, and the service.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Courts in Vadodara, Gujarat have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection law. For questions or escalation, contact info@bigapizzeria.in.
