When you browse or order, we may collect your name, phone number, email address when provided, delivery address, area, order items, fulfilment preference, kitchen notes, payment status, account details, saved addresses, loyalty activity, and messages you send us. We also process limited technical information needed to keep the site secure, such as session and abuse-prevention data.

We use this information to take and fulfil orders, arrange delivery or pickup, provide receipts and support, maintain your account and order history, administer Biga Circle loyalty, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal or accounting obligations, and improve day-to-day operations. We do not sell personal information.

Card, UPI, and other payment credentials are processed by Razorpay or the payment method you select. BIGA does not store full card or UPI credentials on its servers. Payment processors handle data under their own privacy terms and security controls.

When BIGA uses operational providers such as a POS, marketplace, delivery, messaging, or accounting service, we share only the information needed for the approved operational purpose. Provider connections remain disabled until a contract, security checks, and configuration are approved. Provider order events are held as operational evidence until verified; they are not treated as confirmed revenue merely because an event was received.

We keep order, account, invoice, payroll, and accounting records for as long as reasonably necessary for fulfilment, support, security, and legal or tax record-keeping. We aim to minimize access and do not expose one customer's order details to another customer through public tracking.

You can ask about the personal information associated with your account, request a correction, withdraw optional marketing or WhatsApp consent, or request deletion where retention is not required by law.
